- We are looking for SENIOR INSURANCE BROKER CHANNEL MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Focus on Insurance Broker Channel
- Report to the Head of Retail Life Division
- Existing No. 2 of Head of Broker channel for big insurance companies is highly prefer
- You will lead a Team of 6 managers & assistant managers of Retail Life Broker Channel Team
- You will develop the retail life strategy to maintain the profitable growth of retail life business.
- You will assist the Head of Retail in developing, formulating and implementing the sales and marketing strategy to achieve strategic objectives and financial targets.
- You are required to drive efficient and productive operations to ensure high quality of service and customer satisfaction.
- Assist the Division Head to develop, formulate and implement the annual and long-term retail life sales and marketing strategy, development plan and overall corporate marketing strategies to develop new business, build and maintain relationship with sales channels, promote and elevate the corporate image & reputation to achieve the company objectives for profitability and growth.
- Assist the Division Head to develop and monitor sales channels to operate profitably and effectively while meeting customers' and distributors' needs and expectation.
- Maintain the customer satisfaction strategies and actions and maintain close business relationships with brokers and agents to ensure quality services are provided so as to retain the profitable business as well as continuing flow of favorable business opportunities
- Provide high service quality to intermediaries and customers.
- Ensure alignment among distributions, marketing and product strategies to achieve the company objectives for profitability and growth.
- Analyze appropriate target marketing channels (such as design marketing campaign, promotion and sales support materials, marketing and training materials & general administration rules) to generate business opportunities
- Develop the product strategies, including compensation package for sales channels and ensure that they are complying with the Company's policies and guidelines & increase the company's profitability.

- Annual leave : 20 days
