Job Description
The Senior Key Account Manager is report to Director of Sales and Business Development China. Responsible for railway new and established markets. Maintain existing client relationships and developing new connections for new projects and product.

- Full ownership of success implementation the railway market commercial strategy
- Managing multiple account and develop success working relationships with call client or partners touch points
- Interface with key account clients, maximize the orders from existing channels and make sure the potential orders and new requests be acquired and followed thoroughly
- Ensure the effective and efficient internal and external communication for key account clients requirement and solution identification, price benchmark and proposal, risks identification/evaluation
- Coordinate with bidding team for (pre) qualification, bid/no bid phases. Lead the proposal submission phase to achieve the wining of contract with assigned orders volume and margin
- Ensure to carry out the Negotiation with the clients/partners in accordance with sales strategy and support projects delivery during further negotiation of ongoing contracts
- Work closely with engineering and development team for solution identification
- Provide timely railway market trend analyzes, and providing corresponding strategy suggestions
- Manage railway market budget and forecast and monthly report to line manager
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree or above, major in transportation engineering, mechanical, or legal /economy
- Good knowledge of railway signaling products
- 3+ years as senior key account manager in railway industry
- Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas in order to achieve a common business objective
- Excellent analytical, estimating, and communication skills
- Good knowledge of contract management
- Proficient in English
- Strong relations with target clients
