• In charge of Life Claims for Hong Kong
• Lead team to ensure that claims are processed within turnaround time and quality as per agreed SLA
• Plans, manages and provide strategic initiatives to drive the performance of staff to produce most efficient and cost effective results
• Exceeding Business Partners’ expectation to become the pre-eminent service partner for Claims process

• Oversees, manages and leads the Individual Health and Life Claims to provide efficient and effective processing services for AIA Hong Kong
• Responsible for timely delivery of claims services as per SLA agreement
• Work with managers to assure proper training, instruction, development of staff as well as accomplishment of section activities
• Corresponds and communicates with business partners and or/other departments within Shared Services Malaysia to resolve or discuss matters for effective administration of claims including training and development of staff.
• Plan and budget for department expenses to ensure that cost are managed effectively
• Prepare Key Performance Indicator goals to align with department and company objectives to achieve AIA operation targets
• Approve claims that exceed Manager authority and handle complaints
• Candidates with minimum 5 years experience in managing large pool of resources is preferable
