Job Description :
• Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow Integration with 3rd party’s solution

• Provide expertise on all technical questions related to development on of ServiceNow

• Develops the technical solutions, implements and performs the component testing

• Understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes, and build this into the design

• Understand the large scale thinking and approach needed for success of the project

• Expertise level understanding of ServiceNow required

• Expertise level programming skills

Performance Management-
• Ensures the relevant functional services are delivered in accordance with contractual or agreed service levels and Key Performance Indicators.

• Monitors delivery progress against targets, reporting as necessary and ensuring appropriate actions are taken to address exceptions and variations.

Solution Leadership-
• Works with suppliers and partner organisations to offer related solution design and assurance services as needed / requested.

• Works with AIA Business Units, suppliers and partner organisations to ensure related technology solutions deployed across AIA are fit for purpose and implemented effectively.

Quality, Compliance and Assurance
• Ensures that AIA, suppliers and partner organisations comply and adhere with industry standards and best practice in the functional area.

• Ensure that related technology solution designs are implementable and cost effective for AIA.

• Provides a quality assurance for the related functional area.

• Champion for compliance, quality and assurance for functional area.

Communication and Stakeholder management-
• Proactively communicates and presents related technology solutions information to stakeholders in a clear, concise and persuasive manner

• Provides related advice and guidance to AIA stakeholders

• Ensures that stakeholders understand the current and proposed solutions and how these can be exploited for business value.

Job Requirements :

• 10+ years of relevant experience in which at least 3 years in managerial position with regional coverage;
• Hands on experience on position related technical components;

• Experience in work with and monitor suppliers’ performance in an outsourced environment,

• Degree Holder of Unviersity on Information Technology or related discipline

• Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations
• Experience with other ITSM software (BMC, Landesk, Cherwell, Heat, Axios, HP,etc.)
• System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
• Fundamental knowledge of networking including TCP/IP ports and firewalls, network protocols, and IP networks
• Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules, ITOM, ITAM modules
• Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications
• Exposure to ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery and Orchestration and other applications like ServiceWatch, GRC etc.
• Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow.
• Create and manage scripts and workflow.
• Experience in one (or more) scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell)
• Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle)
• A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL or CMDB
• Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all
scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system
• Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side Javascript and the ServiceNow APIs
• Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications
• Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly.
• Custom UI Changes with usage of Web Technologies such as DOM, HTML changes.
• Experience with ServiceNow's ServiceWatch and/or Discovery tools
• Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders
