Responsibilities and Authorities

• Experience in a similar role implementing improvements to processes and procedures within a Manufacturing environment.
• Initiating and coordinating improvement activities and projects
• Maintenance of department KPI's
• An understanding / knowledge of LEAN manufacturing
• Value Stream Mapping (VSM)/ Documenting and streamlining processes
• Management of improvement projects

Qualification

• Diploma in Industrial Engineering or NTC 3 in technical discipline with at least 3 years of technical work experience

Competencies preferred

• Enthusiastic and drive to progress with the company
• Knowledge of Auto CAD
• Six Sigma principles understanding / experience
• IT Literate - (specifically Microsoft Office suite)
• Ability to work autonomously
• Understanding of ISO9001:2015
