Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years' relevant working experience in IT infrastructure design, implementation and support
• Experience in implementing and managing WiFi 6, enterprise-grade L3 switches, firewalls, IPS & LB/ADC
• Experience in supporting hybrid cloud environment is an advantage
• Experienced in IT security is a plus
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional qualifications, e.g. CCNP, PMP, ITIL is preferred
• Proven English proficiency

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage wireless and wired networks of servers, routers, switches, access points, firewalls, load balancers and other infrastructure hardware
• Manage and setup network connectivity between remote offices, campus network and Cloud network (e.g. Azure, AWS, etc.)
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network related problems
• Create and maintain documentation including network diagrams, network configuration, network mapping, processes and service records
• Perform network performance management, capacity planning and traffic analysis
• Provide daily support to IT operations & users on network related matters
• Provide non-office hour standby support if network incidents arise

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for Network Engineer.)
