１. 负责海运一条龙操作， 按照LOAD PLAN 或者国外代理指示及时联络工厂， 订舱， 放SO, 追文件，提供补料和VGM 给船公司， 系统资料录入， 发送文件给海外代理。及时有效解决整个操作过程中产生的任何问题。

2. 散货部分同时需要负责做LOAD PLAN 给仓库 ，跟踪货物入仓状况， 及时安排装柜。

3. 账单的开立， 和付款申请。

4. 完成上级交办的其它工作事项。
