Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture Studies
• 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in property developers or consultancy firms
• Experience in China projects will be an advantage
• Good command of Putonghua and proven English proficiency
• Self motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Occasional travel to PRC required

Responsibilities:

• Assist in property development projects in PRC
• Coordinate with various in-house departments and external consultants
