*  Degree Holders with minimum 2 years’ of relevant experience or

    Associated Degree/Diploma/Certificate with 3 years of relevant experience

*  Relevant professional qualifications in property management is an advantage

*  Self-motivated, service-oriented, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently;

* Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;

* Knowledge in using MS word and Excel is desirable;

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Property Officer/ Assistant Property Officer.
