THE COMPANY :
- European watch brand owner target for young trendy mass market and lifestyle customers of affordable price
- Retailer, wholesaler & e-commerce
- Hong Kong office : Regional office and sourcing office
- Vendor factories : China mainly Guangdong
- Main market : Europe, China, Hong Kong and Asia Pacific
- We are looking for SENIOR QUALITY MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Over 10 years quality experience in watch
- Experience in plastic watch is a plus
- Proficient in reading technical drawings
- Experience in fashion watch brand owner is a plus
- Good communication in English and Chinese
- Fully responsible for all quality functions major in quality control and minor in quality assurance
- Manage all internal and external quality issues to reach zero defects.
- Review production process and quality policy to constantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness in preventing and detecting quality problems.
- Follow up on customer complaints and corresponding corrective actions.
- Present quality relative issues to technical team
- Ensure quality control efficiency in a day to day basis
- Support teams (purchasers or production executives or engineers) to solve quality issues
- Continuous Improvement in vendor factories to ensure quality meet corporate quality standard
- Propose solutions and help factories to implement actions to achieve corporate quality standard
- China trip when required, mainly Guangdong, can same day return HK, no need overnight
- Lead a small Quality Team
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Office location : Kwai Hing
