Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Fresh meat, chilled meat & fresh food importer, retailer & wholesaler
- Retail : over 100 retail outlets in Hong Kong (self-owned shops and food stalls in fresh wet markets)
- We are looking for SENIOR OPERATION MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Fully manage the operations of the business with focus in retail operations management
- Develop the overall strategies, lead and build high performing teams to achieve business growth
- Assist in setting up new operations and formulate operations plan to ensure successful opening within the required timeline and budget
- Oversee the business with full P&L responsibility, sales & marketing strategy formulation and implementation, identify business opportunities and risk, maximize brand awareness and foster market development
- Lead Area Managers and Operations Team to achieve overall KPIs & business targets
- Investigate root causes and work with cross-functional areas to provide analysis and recommendations for business operations improvement
- Keep abreast of market and industry trends, competitors, and all aspects of market
- Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
- Establish a wide variety of training activities, motivate the operations team
- Enhance current Standard Operations Procedure (SOP)
- Manage day-to-day operations and monitor performance of the sops to maximize sales and productivity, manpower efficiency and deliver quality customer service
- Analyze and report regularly on operational performance of shops to Department Head
- Tertiary education preferably in Business Management or related disciplines
- 8 years+ in-depth operations management in F&B restaurant chain or Food retail chained store, of which preferably over 5 years in managerial level
- Experience in fresh meat or chilled meat retailing is highly prefer
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to recruit, retain, motivate and develop a team
- Manage multiple stakeholders to produce an outcome within agreed deadline
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong business acumen
- Good command of computer literacy in Chinese word proceeding, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + bonus
- Annual leave : 14 days
