- An independent commissioning management specialist for built environments.
- We operate in multiple countries across Asia Pacific, providing independent building commissioning services and integrated project solutions for owners, developers, end users and occupiers.
- Hong Kong office function as regional office of Asia Pacific
- We are looking for SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Assist to monitor and analyze market trends in order to plan marketing and branding objectives
- Understand the requirements of stakeholders to ensure their needs are being met
- Coordinate closely with project team during each phase of the project
- Create workplace strategies and engage clients to increase business growth by delivering sales presentations and preparing business proposal
- Minimum 5 years related experiences in Sales / Building Services / Engineering Industrial or related
- Tertiary education in Building Services / Engineering / Construction Management / Marketing / Building Studies or related disciplines
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure; good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- A good team player with initiative and attention to details
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- MNC experience is a plus
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 15 days

- More solid experience will be considered for the post of Asst Business Development Manager
