JOB TITLE: SENIOR SOURCING MANAGER, ASIA

Hiring company is a world leading provider of products and solutions for residential kitchens and bathrooms, professional foodservice, coffee preparation, kitchen sinks, faucets and accessories.

• Leading sourcing activity in Asia countries by recommending qualified suppliers
• Managing and working together with Product Category teams and engineering team for new product development with Asia suppliers
• Supporting Quality team and coordinating for smooth operation with Asia suppliers
• Leading customer’s sourcing requests
• Key contact with internal team and supplier in effectively communicating product development, pricing and quality requirements, sample order status, technical issues and other relevant information
• Liaison with in-line functions including Engineering, Logistics, Customer Service, Quality and Procurement Departments to ensure that the customer’s expectations are met
• Host visits from customers, occasional overseas travelling and other related functions
• Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree with business / marketing related discipline
• More than 5 years’ manufacturing environment sourcing work experience in Asia countries
• MUST HAVE Stainless Steel sourcing experience from Asian countries
• Willing of traveling in Asia countries every month
• Highly proficient in English & Chinese written & oral communication skills. Ability to speak Vietnamese language a strong advantage
• Strong team player with good communication and coordination
• Proficient in MS Office – Excel / Powerpoint / Word is required
