Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in stock management procedures (ordering/inventory)
  • 6+ years of experience in professional kitchen
  • Experience working in international cities
  • Experience working in cafe and pizzeria
  • Maintain sanitation health and safety standards in work areas
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the restaurants’ concept and menu
  • Nurture a positive work environment and lead by example
  • Partake in ongoing on-the-job training to improve personal and team performance
  • Train and Develop cooks

DEVELOPMENT

  • On-the-job training
  • Black Sheep Restaurants concepts and recipes
  • Creating and developing menus
  • Access to professional Chefs for mentor ship
  • Rapid progression to Head chef

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22,000.00 to $26,000.00 /month
