Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in stock management procedures (ordering/inventory)
- 6+ years of experience in professional kitchen
- Experience working in international cities
- Experience working in cafe and pizzeria
- Maintain sanitation health and safety standards in work areas
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the restaurants’ concept and menu
- Nurture a positive work environment and lead by example
- Partake in ongoing on-the-job training to improve personal and team performance
- Train and Develop cooks
DEVELOPMENT
- On-the-job training
- Black Sheep Restaurants concepts and recipes
- Creating and developing menus
- Access to professional Chefs for mentor ship
- Rapid progression to Head chef
