- Manufacturer and brand owner of office automation products & systems
- We provide a variety of high quality products including imaging & information products, a comprehensive range of electronic devices, POS solution & mini – printers and business solutions.
- We are looking for SENIOR TECHNICAL SERVICE ENGINEER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Implement service and support plan for pre-sales and / or after-sales services;
- Supervise and lead a team of Service Engineers / staff to provide pre-sales and after-sales services to customers;
- Collect and maintain customer voice for service and business development;
- Handle complaints and solicit customer's feedback to improve service quality;
- Organize training to internal and external customers;
- Analyze statistical service data for service enhancement and improvement, and conduct case investigation;
- Monitor the performance of team members in order to maintain customer satisfaction;
- Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science / Electronic Engineering or related Disciplines;
- 5 - 7 years relevant working experience with 2 - 3 years in supervisory level is preferred;
- Practical experience in basic colour management and digital printing in office automation industry will be advantage;
- Strong ability in designing, describing, and managing the solution engineering;
- Excellent customer facing, communication and presentation skills;
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- 5 days work
- Office location : Cheung Sha Wan
- More solid experience will be considered as Technical Service Supervisor
