Main Duties

• Develop, deliver and monitor aircraft maintenance related training programs, including classroom and practical training
• Conduct training needs analysis and evaluation
• Assist the Training & Development Manager in preparing the annual staff training plan and projects to cope with the future development of the Company
• Responsible for training documentation revision and updating
• Monitor, coordinate and schedule various training schemes
• Assist in co-ordination, training administration and sourcing suitable aircraft maintenance training programs

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Aircraft/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years practical experience in aircraft maintenance
• Minimum 2 years teaching experience in aircraft maintenance subjects
• Previous recognized training in Airbus/Boeing fleet meeting ATA104 Level 3 standard
• HKAR-147 approval theoretical and practical training experience is of advantage
• Possess HKAR66 B2* License with specific aircraft types A319/320/321 (IAE V2500); A330 (GE CF6); B737-600/700/800/900 (CFM56)
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Candidate with less experience and aircraft type approvals will be considered as Technical Trainer
