Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or related practical training
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in property maintenance
• Practical experience in painting / plumbing & drainage / air-conditioning / electrical repair and maintenance
• Good communication skill, independent and aggressive with all-rounded knowledge of repair and maintenance, A&A and construction works
• Flexible and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for interior renovation and repair and maintenance (including plumbing & drainage, air-conditioning and electrical) of residential rental properties
• Attend meetings as assigned
