Responsibilities:

• To provide valuation and professional services in China
• To conduct site inspections and collect property information from various sources
• Required to perform valuation tasks on an individual basis and to report to Managers
• To prepare valuation report
• To co-ordinate with other valuers / others as from time to time as required in different valuation tasks
• To provide other supports as required by managers and division heads
• Required to travel frequently to China

Requirements:

• Degree in surveying, real estate or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year experience in property valuation of China properties
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fluent Mandarin is a must
