- German MNC
- Manufacturer and supplier of forklift & truck carrying own brand name
- The company is the world's leading manufacturer of forklifts and warehouse trucks
- Hong Kong office : trading & service office
- We are looking for SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR (contract 6 months) – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Provide service and general after sales administration support
- Follow up service order, quotation and invoicing
- Telephone picking
- Data entries, Handle database, Filing
- Paperwork promptly and accurately
- Co-ordinate with factories and branches of Kion Group, vendors and suppliers
- Co-ordinate with overseas shipment and local delivery
- Carry other ad hoc duties under the instruction of After Sales Manager
- Tertiary education
- 5 years related work experience or above
- Knowledge in SAP system is preferred
- Accuracy typing is a must
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel
- Immediate available is preferred
- Contract 6 months, may renew
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 12 days
