As a Data-Program Lead/Service Project manager you will be responsible for: Establishing Mission/Vision for data requirements and how its integrated into a products serviceability strategy Defining Data Needs for both reactive and proactive service strategies in alignment to key initiatives within Customer Services (CS) Interpret needs from user community and transcribe them into requirements for development team Partner with Technical experts to conduct requirement engineering for data related requirements for all LD products Lead collaboration events between CS functions: HSC, SLM, BI, RSC, R&D and DOO (Digital Operations Office) to drive the following product innovations to enhance and sustain remote support applications Lead Productivity efforts for data related topics within SLM to justify and track effectiveness throughout product lifecycle. This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers • BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification may be required in some areas. • Strategic Leadership, especially in driving big data utilization to drive product enhancement and service excellence • Demonstrated abilities to lead cross functional teams without authority. • Strong organization and strategic thinking/planning skills • Excellent interpersonal, intercultural and communication skills. • Analytical and problem-solving expertise. Required skills to have for the success of this role • BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification may be required in some areas. • Typically, 6+ years of relevant experience in related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge. The pay range for this position in NYC or Westchester County, NY is $130-180k annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
