Job Responsibility ! Works closely with brand team and sales team to develop tactical execution plan and leads team to implement the plan. ! Synergize cross brands activity platform and investment then optimize ROI ! Monitors activities ’ KPI and controls budget to assess promotional effectiveness. ! Works productively with external agencies and cross functional groups within the organization. ! Builds strong network with key opinion leaders and monitors competitor’s activities. ! Develops regional brand training plan and implements through staff. ! Oversees performance improvement plans and reviews, promotions, salary recommendations, hiring and terminations. ! Coaches, develops and inspires staff.

Requirements for the Candidate: 1. Bachelor degree or above. 2. Language proficiency in both mandarin and English. 3. A minimum of 5-year experience in marketing or Sales management experience related area in pharmaceutical industry. Experience in oncology would be a strong plus. 4. Strong analytical skills and business sense. 5. A proven responsible team player, multi-tasker and fast learner. 6. Outstanding interpersonal skills.
