SFA Manager (Digital & Marketing Automation)

Job Description

1.    Project management and Salesforce platforms management

  • Collaborate with with marketing, sales force effectiveness, field force, agencies to align and execute the marketing campaign and journeys
  • Plan, implement and report all the aspects of marketing campaigns: media channels, concept, budget, KPIs, target customers
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to make sure the campaign is well integrated to achieve the end result
  • Ensure that the organization's brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of compaign journey, flow and management
  • Define roles and responsibilities of stakeholders in SFMC projects and campaigns
  • Data-driven, detail-oriented and strong sense of ownership
  • Track and report the project status and issues

2.    Data Extension, Campaign and Journey Management

  • Collaborate with brand team to create and maintain marketing contents on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, HCP portal and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on the design, implementation of technology and creative business solutions for brands
  • Collaborate with marketing team to design and setup automated marketing journeys/flow using experience and data led thinking
  • Configure and implement integration with Salesforce Core and Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud (HCP Portal)
  • Maintain and optimize the solutions to deliver the optimal marketing performance
  • Make recommendation to stakeholders on optional SFMC solutions to marketing campaign and journey
  • Personalize communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud proprietorial scripting languages
  • Develop emails/SMS/Social messaging in HTML format using tools or by programming
  • Plan, manage and execute digital marketing plan that includes (but not limited to) creative campaigns, social media management, analytics and advertising campaigns

3.    Tracking effectiveness of the marketing campaign and journey

  • Support marketing team identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks for marketing campaigns and journeys
  • Leverage SFMC and Power BI to design the marketing campaign reports and dashboards to track the performance and identify areas of improvement and actions

4.    Customer and Master Data Governance

  • Act as a custodian for all master data and transaction databases in SFMC/Experience Cloud to ensure data integrity, accuracy and up-to-date state
  • Collaborate with SFE, MIS, IT, Sales Force, Marketing, Digital and other stakeholders to ensure their compliance of all data management processes during daily execution 
  • Identify business needs from stakeholders in order to customize databases to meet changing business requirements 
  • Provide support and other stakeholders and ensure system and data security to enable their most effective use of solutions.
  • Calculate and assess the customer’s, Healthcare Professional’s (HCP) experience across a large number of channels and identify the customer touchpoints

5.    Operation, Enablement and System Security/Data Privacy 

  • Collaborate with IT (local and regional) to ensure system security and data privacy are applied through robust authentication and authorization processes supported by proper system configurations
  • Testing the journey to make sure it running properly before rolling out
  • Maintain system and system problem troubleshooting, act as L1 support for end users.
  • Ticket management, coordinator between end users and supporting team, backend team to solve the system bug, perform testing and inform for ticket closing
  • Support develop & govern SOPs to ensure system and data accuracy, integrity & security compliance
  • Find various trends, insights and optimize performance based on data.

6.    Stakeholder engagement/management and SFMC agencies management

  • Define effective stakeholder engagement plan.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Ensure stakeholder engagement throughout transformation lifecycle
  • Advise on and monitor stakeholder management.
  • Manage SFMC media agency to form media plan; manage agencies’ performance

7.    Budget management

  • Prepare and propose annual SFA budget for operation and enhancements
  • Track SFA budget spending to ensure budget forecast accuracy
