• Business Operation Specialist
• Location: Shanghai preferred, China
• Report to: Business Operation Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly capable individual to conduct high level operation support as identified below in order to support business department to identify most important productivity levers. Provide comprehensive supports to the sales force to drive business sustainable development and growth.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Improve sales operation efficiency

• Review and fine-tune current operation procedures / system, work with business units to optimize current process to improve salesforce efficiency
• Support sales/marketing program development, implementation, monitoring and follow up
• Precisely/Promptly settlement carried out based on aligned marketing/business program
• Implement Global BI platform and provide report to meet business requirement
• Other project support, implementation and communications.

Provide consistent tools and analytical support to business unit on cycle territory management

• Create analytical tool / template/ reports to support BU business plan and review
• Provide comprehensive analysis on customers' potential & performance, which to ensure targeting right customers.
• Develop analytical report on FF productivity & resource allocation.
• Facilitate for the training of the regular sales report/procedure to FF to ensure analysis results are well understood and conduct by FF.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Minimum 3 years in business operation or business analysis, experience in Diagnostic industry is preferred.
• Demonstrates capacity to learn and understand business strategy, customer approach and sales force daily operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, BI platform) and ability to learn Zoetis systems
