Job Profile Summary:
Managing sales operations related admin work like receiving distributor files and support with sales upload on NEST
Key areas of responsibility:
- Support in managing distributor files
- Monthly alignment with Supply and finance on prices and reporting any deviation from budget price
- Mid-month check on NEST to make sure no change happens in the data
- Work closely with Solutions Max to ensure timely sales reporting
- Prepare incentive templates
- Prepare/update incentive scheme drafts and training presentations
- Collect and consolidate incentive data from different stake holders (HR and CRM)
- Consolidate received fine-tuned targets
- Responsible for updating NEMAG NEST score card
- Retail teams sales reporting follow up
Minimum Criteria, Competencies & Personal Attributes:
- 0 to 2 years’ experience as SFE specialist (for candidates with less than 1-year experience, strong MS Excel, Word and power point experience is MANDATORY)
- MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, SUMIF, COUNTIF and other important functions) experience and also good knowledge of pivot tables (use and design) and data query knowledge.
- Structured; Organizes and prioritizes activities of the department in an effective way. Sets and keeps deadlines
- Analytical; Pro-actively identifying opportunities and following up on market trends.
- Ability to maximize the use of resources providing strong results and enhanced productivity.
- Strategic thinking and ability to act decisively.
- Team working and ability to provide support whenever needed.
