Key Accountabilities:
? Develop SOPs for cross function (including franchise, commercial, etc) according to SFE principle of target setting, territory alignment, hospital selection and sales appraisal governance
? Set up standard working process for team to make sure data accuracy of regular reporting in effective way
? Drive process/project management in team and cross function
? Build up the fundemantal for data driven performance management
? Collarborte with commercial IT to improve system

Education:
? Bachelor degree

Work Experience:
? At least 2 years working experiences in pharmaceutical company
? Well understanding the govenance of sales data, target and territory

Job specific Competencies & Skills:
? Ability to collabore with multi-function to reach team target with good communication skill
? Expert in process managment, not only set up the process, but execute it as well
? Excellent English, both in spoken and written
