Job Description
  • Provides in-depth analysis of the market and company’s products to create mid-range and long-term plan
  • Proactively identifies trends and issues that may impact the growth of the business•Manages timelines of strategic planning process to ensure deliverables are met
  • Interprets and communicates results of brand/market evaluation
  • Assists with the preparation of presentations for internal leadership meeting
  • Implements a variety of administrative functions in support of the sales force
  • Territory alignment
  • Segmentation & Targeting
  • Monitoring of Sales effort within territories
  • Incentives
  • CRM Management (Veeva)
  • Respond to queries by sales team and senior leaders
  • Analyse sales force execution data and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness
  • Provide insight and analysis on the sales force performance to the sales management team
  • Assess the return on investment of major sales and marketing initiatives
  • Benchmark sales force performance and effectiveness and provide input and comment on the main KPI’s
  • Refine and manage sales force incentive plan to improve on the execution and achievement of sales strategy
  • Develops analyses to measure the trends, efficiencies, and effectiveness of sales resource allocation and utilization
  • Keep the SFE capabilities plan updated acts on opportunities and combining forethought with action, to ensure that SFE capability objectives are realised
  • Implement the plan in close collaboration with the SFE teams across the regions and support from SA and SSA.
  • Provide support and guidance on various SFE topics to SA & SSA Cluster.
  • Cascade SFE information from Global to the markets. Enable a reliable and permanent flow of quality SFE support information in easy to use format.
  • Develop and/or update SFE training or support material as required to ensure full SFE compliance to the global guidelines and identified SFE priorities, throughout the regions.
  • Develop SFE capability reports that comply with global guidelines to provide feedback and input on the region’s SFE capability.

  • Work in close collaboration with the SFE function and provide support on various projects as required.
  • Lead digital transformation to complement face-to-face interaction
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal customers and maintain visibility and accessibility, working in close collaboration with them to realise AstraZeneca’s long-term objectives.
