Job Description
Maximize field force efficiency and effectiveness through data insight generation, sales operation implementation and overall process improvement.

Data insight Generation & Follow-up action implementation: 50%
- Understand the linkage between data and business logic, able to cross reference difference data source to form comprehensive data analysis and recommend follow-up actions.
- Communicate and monitor follow-up actions and collect feedbacks from field force. Adjust recommendations and policy accordingly.

Sales operation implementation: 30%
- Territory management: Manage and improve sales force structure and territory. Propose clear rules for territory deployment & adjustment. Manage quarterly territory change process. Setup IT system for related process
- Quota allocation: understand different types of quota allocation methodology, implement quota allocation process using IT system, communicate quota to DM level
- Incentive operation and communication: Communicate incentive scheme to DM level and collect feedbacks. Assist incentive team in incentive operation

Overall process improvement: 20%
- Sales data collection and feedback
- Linked pharmacy management
- External market data collection and maintenance
- IT system management
基本资格要求
- Attention to details and disciplined operational mindset
- Strong business acumen & logic flow process capability
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- At least 2 years working experience in SFE/sales operation function in pharmaceutical, with comprehensive knowledge and skills in the domain
- Sales experience in pharmaceutical is a plus
