MAIN MISSION : (50% of the activity on field ):
PILOT THE MID- LONG TERM COMMERCIAL STRATEGY FOR HIS CUSTOMERS & HIS AREA WHEN APPLICABLE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE COMMERCIAL STRATEGY BY SEGMENT

DEFINE AND PILOT THE CUSTOMER/COMMERCIAL ACTION PLAN
1. Ensure Customer Satisfaction
2. Develop Customer Loyalty

DEFINE AND PILOT THE TURNOVER, EBIT(?) AND CASH
1.Develop S HE sales, EBIT and cash

DEFINE AND PILOT THE MARKETING ACTION PLAN
1. Understand market trend
2. Develop marketing and communication strategy

Task 1 – CSM External tasks (direct customer relationship)
Assess the customer expectations, propose offers and negotiate contracts
Promote engines and sell added value and customized services for a win/win relation between customer and S HE
Manage the fulfilment of S HE / Customer respective and agreed commiS HEents (contractual, projects, …)
Steps in whenever there is a potential issue with one of the customer (makes sure of customer satisfaction)
Manage commercial gestures and discount with the customer in accordance with S HE requirements

Task 2 – CSM Internal tasks
Define and Implement action Plans for his customers following S HE commercial strategy defined in the segment plans
Prepare offers, contracts and follows internal S HE requirements before negotiating with the customer
Prepare customer visits with internal stakeholders and carry out the reporting to the Front Office actors and corporate teams when applicable
Monitors KPIs for his customers

Task 3 – External tasks : Business Development
Monitor market trend as well as related regulation or environment change, analyse impact to SHE market position and approach, development short-middle-long term Business Development plan
Identify potential purchasing activity
Arrange prospective visits, alert on acquisition projects, understand competition status, play active role in the helicopter purchasing decision process, promote S HE engine as well as S HE service.
Develop S HE customer/partner and potential customer/partner network, escalate relationship inside customer/partner organization

Task 4– External tasks : Marketing
Based on the analysis of the market and S HE position in the market, define middle-long term marketing strategy and action plan (including communication, image building, general or specific promotion of S HE product or service, etc…)
Organize activity of symposium, council, airshow, etc… ensure the coordination with S HE corporate and SAFRAN China

Task 5 – BDM Internal tasks
Monitor market trend and maintain our database, have deep analysis of S HE engine, S HE position in China, competitive intelligence , etc…
Prepare offers, contracts and follows internal S HE requirements before negotiating with the customer
Prepare customer visits with internal stakeholders and carry out the reporting to the Front Office actors and corporate teams when applicable

Skills and experience required :
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Rigorous, dynamic, outgoing personality
  • Autonomous
  • Communication skills and relationship management
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others and to participate in and/or lead a cross functional team
  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and concurrent projects simultaneously
