• Define SHE improving plan including targets, strategy, actions and resource plan to ensure compliance with relevant local laws and regulations as well as DSM SHE Requirements;
• Leading the execution of the plan together with the area/functional responsibilities;
• Ensure the management systems are effectively implemented and the requirements are followed in the site.
• Ensure that DSM Life Saving Rules are followed in the site.
• Show leadership to promote safety awareness and safety culture in the site.
• Share the responsibility with other MT members for SHE performance in the site, f.i building an injury-free and incident-free site.
• Proactively communicate SHE issues in the company and with external stakeholders.
• Lead and manage direct reports and in dot-line the SHE staff in the site. etc.).
• Contribute to DSM SHE policy, either by participating in the Global SHE Council, or by giving input through the BG Responsible Care/SHE Manager.
• Develop SHE competences required to meet the targets in the site.
• Responsibilities referring to the “ Typical SHE Role Matrix Laiwu site” .
  

The Ideal:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above.
• 5 years working experience in SHE discipline.
• 3 years experience in managerial position.
• Ability to work in multicultural and international environment.
• Knowledge in SHE requirements, SHE skills (JSA, MSA, Harzop, HRA, Tripod and etc) and relevant local laws and regulations.
