The Position:

• ISO 14001 Environment Management System:
• Act as the Management Representative for ISO 14001 environment management systems.
• Ensure that the management system is in place and maintained sustainable.
• Ensure a suitable documentation system in place.
• Organize and conduct internal audits and management reviews within the organization and report the performance and recommend improvement opportunities to Management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant local laws and regulations; DSM SHE, Manufacturing, Quality and Security Requirements; ISO 9001and ISO 14001 requirements; and RoHS, REACH, and relevant customer requirements in the department.
• Ensure the management systems are effectively implemented and the requirements are followed in the department.
• Ensure that DSM Life Saving Rules are followed in the department.
• Show leadership to promote safety and quality awareness, and safe and quality behavior in the department.
• Responsible for SHE and Quality performance in the department. Ensure that the working environment is safe and healthy.
• Participate as an active member of the Site Management Team for the Company’s safety, quality and environmental performance.
• Proactively communicate SHE and quality issues in the company, within own department and with external stakeholders.
• Coach subordinates for excellent SHE and quality performance.
• Ensure information security in the department.
• Serve as TSLC champion and monitor risk assessment plan under progressing keep effective.
• TSLC roles assigned by site manager as HAZOP chairman, Area classification team member, Manage TSLC on Site. (Coordination of auditable trail), Incident Investigation & Follow up, Evaluation of process safety performance (KPI’s), Legislation implementation.
  

• Bachelor’s Degree or above with major in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, Environment or Safety or relative engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality and SHE management;
• Experienced in project management;
• Good knowledge in ISO9001 and ISO14001.
• Ability to work in multicultural and international environment
• Good people management and communication skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Good spoken and written English and Mandarin.
