• Providing Professional solution for Safety&Healthy optimization for CBSC through systematic analysis to prevent accident happening and preventing.
  

• Safety system ( ISO 45001 ) management

• Maintain ISO 45001 system of the company, and update relevant procedures and system documents according to company requirement;
• Update special operation and fire safety laws and regulations in time, conduct compliance evaluation to ensure compliance with laws and regulations;
• Organize and establish the company's safety training , and ensure the ability against safety risk;
• Facilities management, supervision and audit projects (lightning protection, special equipment and safety accessories, electricity safety, etc.), special operations, dangerous operations, fire fighting and alarm;
• Participate in internal audit and management review, and timely report the company's safety operation status to the management;
• Do hazard risk identified and improvement on shopfloor,follow up action plan on Top risk
• Timely update and improve relevant system documents;
• Responsible for improvement of high-risk projects (special operation, dangerous operation, fire fighting and alarm facilities management);
  

• Accident management & implementation of safety tree scorecard

• Identify hazard factors of Job position(JSRA), and take corrective and preventive actions to improve;
• Identify the risk factors of property loss and eliminate property loss accidents;
• Implementation of the group's safety tree scorecard, establish the department's safety tree model, and promote the department's safety management to meet the group's requirements;
• Push the department to improve the existing safety accident risk and reduce the risk tracking;
• Promote the improvement of department safety information, and timely report the company's safety information to the group system
  

• Safety project management
  • Do special improvement projects about safety
  • Follow up progress of safety improvement and safety investment of each department;
  • Planning and formulating safety activities to enhance the safety awareness of all staff and create Becare safety culture to reduce unsafet behaviors;
    

• Compliance with laws and regulations

• Identify and update laws and regulations related to special equipment, fire fighting and PPE;
• Organize internal inspection and external audit of compliance with laws and regulations;
• Follow up the nonconformance found in the audit, formulate improvement measures and close them in time;
• Update the company's documents in accordance with laws and regulations
• Maintain <>and ensure compliance with laws and regulations;
  

• Government related and external demand management
  • Timely implement relevant government requirements in the plant to ensure compliance;
  • Maintain good business cooperation with relevant personnel of government functional departments, and jointly promote the company's safety management;
  • Maintain and improve the company's external construction regulations;
  • Establish safety and health management standards for external personnel, and constantly improve the safety management for external personnel.
    

• Bachelor's degree or above, such as Mechanical&Chemical etc., if major is safety will be prefer;
• >3 years working experience about SHE;
• Professional Skills:
  • ISO45001 management system implementation;
  • Familiar with safety laws and regulations and SHE&S management system standards;
• Fluent English both for oral and written;
• Good Presentation and communication skill;
• Good interpersonal skill and willing to share, with innovative thinking;
• National certified safety engineer is preferred.
