• Safety
  • Organize risk assessment and risk management of plant during the phases of engineering, construction, and operation;
  • Carry out daily SHE checks and enforcement on the site. give consultation service to plants and projects to achieve and maintain effective risk management;
  • Conduct projects to enhance safety awareness;
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, communicate results and experience with other sites;
  • To provide SHE training to all internal staffs, suppliers, visitors and contractors;
  • Establish site Emergency Response Plan, define responsibilities, organize regular site emergency drill by internal and external resources;
  • Set up joint Emergency Response Team in cooperation with the local government;
  • Support the inspection of the technical equipment as well as work places according to national regulations and corporate standards;
  • Collect and compile safety statistics for Allnex Changshu site and report the figures;
  • Supervision implementation safety regulations;
  • Ensure compliance with national laws and regulations;
  • Lead Incident Root Cause Analysis and Reporting;
  • Assist in completion of the Safety Standard Management system.
    
• Security
  • Assure effective access control of site;
  • Set up of necessary procedures and implement training to employee and contractors;
  • Develop and implement strategies and procedures to protect Allnex´s physical assets and intellectual property on site in accordance with the corporate regulations and standards;
  • Control traffic and safe behavior of employees and visitors on the site.
    
• Occupational Health / Industrial Hygiene
  • Set up procedures to assure effective first aid and medical treatment in the case of injury and work related illness;
  • Assessment and management of hazards in the workspaces to assure health protection and optimum fitness of the employees;
  • Organize annual physical-examination;
  • To carry out 5S auditing and reporting.
    
• Environmental Protection
  • Coordination und supervision of all environmentally relevant processes on site;
  • Ensure and supervise compliance with national laws and regulations as well as with Allnex global standards for the protection of air, water, soil and noise;
  • Set up and implement an economic system for waste discharge.

• At least 8 years in a chemical or resins industries;
• At least 5 years as a safety role in multinational chemical companies or engineering companies who mainly serve chemical industry.

Specific skills ：

• Profound knowledge about project and process management;
• Good knowledge in internal and national regulations;
• Professional knowledge and experience in the fields of Safety, Security, Environmental Protection, Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene;
• Excellent public communication skill;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Good presentation skill.
