THE COMPANY :
- European multinational company
- We are a supplier of raw material solutions for the printing and packaging industries.
- Hong Kong office : trading, servicing customers in South China and Asia Pacific Region
- We are looking for SHIPPING / JUNIOR SALES COORDINATOR – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- We are looking for a proactive personality with strong background in the trading industry, and thorough knowledge of shipping documents and L/Cs.
- The right candidate will have ample experience in handling exports from/imports into China and has to be able to work independently without supervision.
- Responsible for efficient operations from order processing to sales administration to shipping;
- Liaise with freight forwarders to provide logistics solution to customers and evaluate service quality regularly; negotiate freight rates;
- Plan delivery schedules;
- Prepare shipping documents;
- Maintain close communication with customers, sales offices, and suppliers worldwide;
- Have a strong background in trading, additional background in the logistics industry is a plus;
- Have thorough knowledge of shipping documents and L/Cs;
- Have ample experience in handling imports & exports from China;
- Be computer literate (Windows, Office, possibly ERP systems);
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Annual leave : 10 days
