Job Description
Join our Smart Infrastructure, Regional Solutions and Services business as the Branch Manager and help us develop and deliver solutions that make the world a smarter place for tomorrow. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the achievement of all strategic and financial goals within a defined region of the UK&I. Achievement of the goals will be achieved through the leadership and management of the branch Sales and field Operations teams, ensuring that they are aligned to both the company objectives and customer expectations. This role is for our North Branch and associated region, requiring travel and attendance at our UK offices and customer sites, providing the potential to own and influence the RSS business in both the North region and UK&I. Areas of responsibility: · Responsible for the Health, Safety and the well-being of all assigned staff · Achievement of all North Branch strategic and financial goals (Profit & Loss) · Profit & Loss responsibility across all lines of business being Service contracts & associated maintenance works, Turnkey project works for all Operational Technologies and Smart Building Solutions · Development & deployment of market relevant Sales growth strategies, by line of business · Growth strategies covering Insider Sales, Account management & New Business Development · Growth strategies covering existing and new lines of business for both Traditional and Digital Services & Solutions · Leadership of Sales and field based Operations (Service and project Solutions) teams within the branch · Maintaining a high-performance & continuous improvement culture · Exceptional communication and engagement with a geographically diverse organisation · Drive a culture of continuous improvement · Ensuring all contractual obligations and customer KPI’s are met, by the most cost-effective use of all resources whilst maintaining a high standard of workmanship · Executive sponsor for named accounts within the region · Create a One Company philosophy that is fair, consistent and inclusive · Deliver to our strategic goals, promote our mission statement and to drive the Smart Infrastructure culture into the organisation What skills and experience will you bring to the role? Able to develop an excellent team environment, coaching and mentoring skills Experience of deploying efficient service processes, including ticketing, coordination and dispatching engineers and parts You will have experience & understanding of the UK Fire, Security & Building Automation industries. (Fire experience is essential) Understanding of Construction & Facilities Management market and requirements Previous management experience, proven Sales / Operational background Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Customer relationship, presentation skills Health and Safety Awareness (IOSH managing safety).
