Position Description: The Lenovo Cloud Service Provider (CSP) of Data Center Group (DCG) is recruiting Signal Integrity Engineer to cope with its expanding Server Development Business. This SI engineer is a part of signal integrity and high speed design team to design and analyze high speed digital circuits for Server/Storage products. The job emphasis on high speed signal and power analysis (especially timing and noise) of ASICs, package and printed circuit boards. Also, To model/simulate/characterize high speed systems, including high speed I/Os, chip packages, printed circuit boards, and system interconnects He/She can work closely with internal function teams and customers for design robustness in terms of good signal integrity and margin. #### Position Requirements: Qualifications: *       Experience with simulation tools , such as  Sigrity,  Hyperlynx SI/PI, ADS, and HSPICE, HFSS  is necessary. *       Solid background on transmission line theory  is necessary *       Experience with 3D EM Field Solvers is preferred *       Knowledge with PCB fabrication process is a plus *       Experience correlating simulation results with lab measurements. *       Experience with SERDES simulation is a big plus *       Self motivation, teamwork and strong communication skills are essential *       Typically requires MS EE/CS or higher combined with 2-3 years of related experience, or BS EE/CS combined with 3-5+ yrs related experience. *    Good Proficiency in Written and Spoken English and Chinese We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
