Job Description
Eaton's Electrical is looking for a: Site Execution Supervisor Location: Wadeville, Johannesburg As Site execution supervisor you will ensure that the multiple departments within EATON work together to complete any said project, handed over to Service. Under these circumstances, acting as a project manager, you will direct and oversee the Service Department’s project plans, ensure all departments are functioning effectively and staying on task, and combine all aspects to complete a project on time and within its budget. Job Responsibilities Collaborate with sales team on customer expectations, contractual obligations and handover points Planning what work needs to be done, when and who’s going to do it; Looking at the risks involved in a particular project and managing these risks; Making sure the work is done to the right standard; Motivating the team of people involved in the project; Co-ordinating work done by different people; Attend all project meetings. (Internal/External-on site) Making sure the project is running on time and to budget; Dealing with changes to the project as and when necessary; Making sure the project delivers the expected outcomes and benefits. Qualifications Qualifications: N-Dip/Certification in Project Management Technical background (electrical, industrial field) 10 years of experience in similar roles Technical Knowledge: Negotiation/Sales Competencies Computer Skills Project Management skills Soft Skills: Leadership Skills Conflict resolution Teamwork Communication Skills Problem-Solving Skills Work Ethic Flexibility/Adaptability Interpersonal Skills.
