What is Production at the H&M Group? It's the place where design ideas are transformed into actual products. We are in over 20 sourcing markets and are the direct point of contact for local suppliers. We work to ensure our products are of good quality and produced at the best price and in a sustainable way.

Is this your next challenge? 

As a Site & Field Support Specialist, you will be a part of a team that offers good & timely support for end-users of IT systems that support our business processes. If you enjoy solving issues and thinking a step ahead, you will drive stabilization of IT systems and avoid recurring issues. You will be the contact person for local IT vendors for system-related issues. Collaboration with different stakeholders is key to ensure smooth systems operation with Global HQ IT and help desk members. You will actively maintain communication with stakeholders for a clear flow of information, about global standards, policies, and procedures within the organization.

There’s a great team of people that you will collaborate with, both locally and internationally, who will share your ambition and help you achieve your goals. In this role, you will collaborate with the other country support teams, global IT team, global solution delivery team, as well as the IT leadership teams.

Qualifications

Who are you? 

We are looking for a person with a good knowledge of operating systems, network/server administration and general IT troubleshooting. You should also be passionate about supporting our business needs for IT systems and tools as well as providing good service to all users. You are a proactive person with strong technical and logical problem-solving skills. It would be a definite benefit if you have experience of working with our current systems, however, this is not a must! Communication skills will also be a key element being in a customer-centric environment.
