The basic job responsibilities:

1.Saftey,Risk control,Quality, Cost and P & L;

Responsible for overall manufacturing operation, to make operation plans and take implementation consistenting with the achievement of Group strategy and target;

2. To improve current workflow of various departments and establish standard operating policies and procedures to ensure effective manufacturing operations;

3. To lead production capacity optimisation, continuous improvement, innovation and change.

4. To monitor production quality through the QA-System and ensuring that quality standards are maintained within Group specifications; to improve product quality and overall manufacturing efficiency through procedures and processes.

5. Responsible for all matters associated with health, safety, environment in the plant;

6. Staff development through training and job rotations to increase competency and career development

7. Other task from line manager.

Basic requirements:

1. Flour milling university undergraduate;

2. 5 years Flour milling plant plant manager;

3. 10 years Flour milling.Engineering management.wheat know how;

4. open mind set,ambition.
