What are my responsibilities? • Understands the functions and technical principles of the different products comprehensively. • Able to identify mistakes regarding interaction between different kinds of technical documentation and find adequate solutions. • In depth knowledge of principles of motor and generator manufacturing and process • Better knowledge of hardware & software /design tools required for own discipline. • In depth knowledge of principles of SLD motor and generator products • Well-known IEC, ISO GB standards and application in manufacturing process. • Can furthermore understand the principle behind tools and method in focused fields. • Can design whole manufacturing process of motor and generator and relative specification. • Can lead the P-FMEA and risk control during the manufacturing process. • Well-experienced in machining, welding, punching and assembly process and technology. • Has the knowledge of SQM and QM process, measures, and tools. What do I need to qualify for this job? • Bachelor’s degree and above in Mechanical, Welding, related technical area. • Minimum of 10 years’ experience for Bachelor (6 years for Master) in Motor or Generator area. • Team cooperation Spirit and good communication skill internally and externally. • Often business trip. • Can be representative of company to communicate with cooperation partners.
