IDG (Intelligent Device Group) – The IDG at Lenovo houses our PC and Smart
Devices. We combine investment in high-growth segments (workstations, gaming,
visuals, thin and light devices) with new innovation in the smart device
categories and continue to explore new opportunities across AR/VR, artificial
intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), security and as-a-service
solutions.
The SMB Campaign Manager is a key player in managing marketing initiatives
aimed at driving awareness of and consideration for Lenovo solutions with SMB
customers. This position supports the WW SMB Marketing organization and
collaborates across multiple teams to understand our business and marketing
objectives. The SMB Campaign Manager is responsible for defining SMB marketing
strategy and campaign plan and overseeing the execution of activities to help
achieve those objectives to drive overall business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Partner with SMB business and WW marketing stakeholders to understand
segment strategies, objectives, and priorities
• Define the marketing strategy, engaging business and geo stakeholders
throughout the process
• Build internal expertise for the SMB segment by deeply understanding and
widely socializing industry insights, audience segmentation, and the customer
decision journey (CDJ)
• Partner with cross-functional teams to craft the execution plan keeping in
context the CDJ
• Maintain the SMB target audience framework, value proposition, and messaging
strategy, ensuring all produced content clearly aligns
• Educate WW stakeholders and external partners on relevant campaign elements
to drive cohesion across internal and external activities
• Work with the agency and internal teams to manage campaign assets creation
• Work with the geo marketing teams to help drive the implementation of the
global campaign execution framework and guide them through the localization
process
• Establish campaign and supporting program KPIs and targets
• Review campaign performance data and manage optimization strategies with key
stakeholders
• Manage the quarterly marketing budget and associated operational activities

#### Position Requirements:
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience in Marketing or relevant
field
• 7+ years of B2B Marketing experience for a hardware and/or technology
company
• Experience building integrated go-to-marketing strategies and marketing
campaigns
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively
• Ability to think strategically, but also have exceptional attention to
detail
• Previous budget management experience required
• Proficiency in global communication standards
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills and the ability to
deal with both internal and external customers
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to
operate on a wide range of topics and projects at one time
• Strong analytical and quantitative capability to determine program
effectiveness and impact
Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrated understanding of the SMB customer audience
