The position requires: • Proactive reaching out to the customer to uncover prospects and identify opportunities • Understand the client's business and technical requirements and competitive landscape • Recommend Lenovo Solutions to address customer needs. • Maintaining Account, Activities and Pipeline/ Funnel Hygiene via Microsoft Dynamics 365 • Taking ownership for all activities related to account management. This includes the end to end sales cycle , fulfilment and right up to post sales issues management. • Account manager will also need to work with cross function teams to initiate / coordinate phone and video conferencing including face to face conversation/ customer visits when required. Key Performance Indicators / Success Metric To deliver to all the elements in the Quarterly Sales Plan ( Revenue/ Margin / Focus products etc ) Details • Maintaining Account Relationship via Regular Phone calls / Visits to customer • Recording Activities and Pipeline/ Funnel Hygiene Microsoft Dynamics 365 . • Weekly accuracy on sales forecast and outlook • Participate in events and trainings organized by Lenovo • Deliver to the Quarterly Overall Purchase Experience Score and Net Promoter Score Target Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. Maintain sound understanding of sales processes, techniques and tools and use them appropriately. The ability to a) perform independently when engaging and closing identified sales opportunities within the customer base. b)  differentiate offerings and articulate the Lenovo value proposition against the competition, to ensure the best potential to win in sales opportunities. c)  solution sell the entire Lenovo Portfolio , including ( but not limited to ) Lenovo hardware, managed services, Cloud based software offerings, Enterprise Datacenter products  while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire order journey #### Position Requirements: Must Have: Bachelor Degree, Strong command of English MS 900 Certification or any other equivalent Certification will be bonus Any Additional Language Competency (advanced level ) will be an advantage Must Have : Local Sales experience in a similar capacity and Industry Desired: Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics, and Experience in Cloud and Data Centre Product Solutions # Position is with and based at: Lenovo (Australia & New Zealand) Pty Limited Level 4/12 Help St, Chatswood, NSW 2067, Australia # Annual Salary : AUD 90,000 to $120,000 per annum We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
