IDG (Intelligent Device Group) – The IDG at Lenovo houses our PC and Smart
Devices. We combine investment in high-growth segments (workstations, gaming,
visuals, thin and light devices) with new innovation in the smart device
categories and continue to explore new opportunities across AR/VR, artificial
intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), security and as-a-service
solutions.
Lenovo is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our WW SMB Marketing team.
Within this team, the Campaign and Content marketing function is responsible
for strategizing, designing, and producing demand generation and thought
leadership marketing and campaigns for the SMB segment.
The SMB Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
\- Taking the quarterly plan and crafting a clear execution strategy.
\- Identifying the types of assets; digital and print, that should be created.
\- Creating detailed asset briefs, highlighting the objective, core message,
outline, content tone, and voice, and expected customer reaction
\- Working with the agency and internal teams to develop the assets ensuring
brand compliance and any other partner compliance that might be required
\- Working with the geo-marketing teams to help them localize the assets as
per the regional nuances.
\- Curating and updating of all the assets produced

#### Position Requirements:
\- Bachelors degree
\- 5+ years of marketing experience for a hardware and/or technology company
\- B2B content creation experience
\- Excellent written and spoken communication
\- Proficiency in global communication standards
\- Good storyboarding skills for ensuring a coherent and strong narrative in
all content
\- Experience running social media campaigns
\- Ability to understand data and insights and derive actionable and powerful
messages from it
Good to have skills:
\- Ability to write content and give actionable guidance to the writers to
create better copy
\- Understanding visual narrative and the interplay of strategy, copy and
design in content production
\- Certification in Content Marketing or Digital Marketing added advantage
