Lenovo is looking for a B2B content production manager to join their WW SMB
Marketing team. Within this team, the Campaign and Content marketing function
is responsible for strategizing, designing, and producing demand generation
and thought leadership marketing and campaigns for the SMB segment.
The SMB Marketing Manager – Lead & Demand Gen will be responsible for:
1\. Develop, maintain and execute demand generation plans aligned with
business goals.
2\. Develop a deep understanding of customers, products, and the buyer’s
journey.
3\. Work closely with other departments to build cross-functional cohesion.
4\. Present to upper management to get buy-in and secure budgets, as well as
report results.
5\. Grow distribution across all channels, not just owned channels. Must be
skilled in content creation supported by SEO/SEM optimization and PPC
strategy.
6\. Define Account-Based Marketing strategy and execution planning,
encompassing our multiple ABM tools.
7\. Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate
and measure all marketing tasks and workflows.
8\. Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance.
#### Position Requirements:
The candidates who want to apply for this role should meet the following
criteria:
1\. MBA in Marketing with a minimum 10 years of experience in marketing or
technology or B2B content creation
2\. Excellent written and spoken communication, with no MTI
3\. Certification in Content Marketing or Account Based Marketing added
advantage
4\. Proficiency in global communication standards
5\. Good storyboarding skills for ensuring a coherent and strong narrative in
all content
6\. Experience running demand/ lead gen campaigns
7\. Ability to understand data and insights and derive actionable and powerful
messages from it
Good to have skills:
1\. Ability to write content and give actionable guidance to the writers to
create better copy
2\. Understanding visual narrative and the interplay of strategy, copy and
design in content production
