SMB Program Coordinator

Job Description
#### Position Description:
LenovoPRO was built to provide a unique b2b buying experience with benefits,
and every day 1000’s of SMB customers will use our LenovoPRO Store to make
purchases, discover DaaS/PCaaS and SaaS and gain benefits by moving their
procurement of anything I.T over to their own tailored store with unique
offerings to help support their business and business growth. Programs and
projects you may focus on, but will not be limited to:
• Registration process within EMEA and optimizing process alongside improving
the agreed rules of engagement within EMEA and implementing a new CRM for our
customer and reps.
• Support execution of outbound campaigns via tele team
• Support Program manager to increase registrations and the number of active
buyers.
• Ensuring continued customer success, operational excellence, fostering
continued
• Collaboration between GEOS and program management via the SMB Program
Manager.
• Understand the key market verticals to support the execution needs of the
Program Manager
Responsibilities
• Function as a trusted advisor to SMB Program manager with feedback from Reps
and Customers through the registration process and any outbound activity
• Establish program standards, cadence and manage some basic reporting to add
to the Program Managers overall reporting.
• Proactively develop new project tools and templates to support the team
• Support the program manager in new country role out by testing some
functionality and supporting the project calls by collating information’s and
updating project file
• Track and report on key metrics and use problem-solving skills to logically
structure ambiguous problems, identify sources of data, conduct analysis,
derive key insights and deliver recommendations
• Develop collaborative partnerships with other geos to learn best practices
used in the tele team and registration process.
Some of the responsibilities of the program manager that you would support
• Fully understand the key market verticals of the industry
• Ability to develop and understand what is required to target and engage with
potential SMB target customers.
• Analyze the TAM for each vertical segment, utilizing all available
resources, partnerships and institutional knowledge
• Sub-segment each market vertical by key dimensions to the point where we
know exactly how to attack the sub-segment
• Develop recommended attack plans for each sub-segment
• Partner with marketing to develop sales enablement (training, collateral,
configuration recommendations, etc.) for tele team
#### Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience in project and program management
• BA/BS degree or related work experience
• Experience in managing outbound execution, reporting and program management
support.
• 3-5 years working across multicultural dynamic teams in the CE or technology
sectors
• Experience working with SMB Customers would be a distinct advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to logically and efficiently structure ambiguous problems, identify
sources of data, conduct analysis, identify key insights and recommended
actions
• Ability to communicate with executive team, business and recruiting leaders
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within
deadlines with little supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments
• Experience in managing indirect teams to achieve common goals
