#### Position Description:
Can you grow our sales and are you an expert within the IT industry?
Are you a trusted people leader, who can bring your knowledge to our team?
In this role you will drive the growth in the Small to Medium Business segment
within our PC & Smart Devices business group. You will lead the SMB sales team
that consists of 6 people based in our Prague office. You will take care of
the targets for the SMB Channel segment through the strategic goals &
initiatives. You will own and drive the strategic Go-to-Market activities and
business plans.
What will be your responsibilities once you join our team?
• Define strategy of SMB sales, execution plans and lead its execution
• Interlock with our product and marketing teams locally as well to align to
central teams
• Generate new business and drive partner sales
• Manage the relationships with our distributors and resellers as well as with
our alliance partners
• Develop a network within the industry and with senior executives in the
client base
• Provide the input to the development of standardized solutions for the SMB
Channel segment
• Management of the client / business development pipeline
• Lead the team by example and formulate concrete plans, making sure that the
skills of the sales force in the sector are continuously developed
• Work with the marketing team and provide guidance to formulate segment
specific marketing plans and public relations activities
• Focus on the customers and their satisfaction
#### Position Requirements:
What do we expect from you?
• 5+ years of sales experience within the technology hardware industry, with
some exposure to high volume sales
• Experience as a people leader & team management, so you can motivate,
develop & grow the people in your team
• Understanding of IT systems, IT industry players and the local market such
as business customers & partner channel in Czech Republic
• Exposure to sales forecasting & product sales management
• Ability to formulate, negotiate and close large and complex deals at a high
level across multiple industry sectors
• Ability to interact effectively with high level decision makers or
executives
• Communication skills are also an important aspect as you will lead a sales
team. You should be also able to develop your network within the IT industry
• Fluency in business English & Czech language
An ideal candidate would actually come directly from the PC business, but it’s
not mandatory.
