The SMB Sales Representative (SMB SR) position will sell Lenovo products, services, and solutions to clients through inbound (queue based) and outbound phone calls.  The SMB SR will be responsible for uncovering opportunities, selling the benefits of Lenovo products, and selling against the competition. This person will champion the innovative power of our products by driving sales with key customers to achieve revenue and profitability objectives. The SMB SR will configure, price, negotiate and quote sales solutions as well as provide proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support. This sales representative will be trained on Lenovo’s portfolio of award- winning products and will develop strategies to help new and existing customers implement the best solutions for their business needs.  The ideal candidate is results oriented, able to execute the organizational strategy and has prior Inside/Outside Sales experience. Key Responsibilities: • Work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management reviews to reach high performance goals. • Handling incoming telephone calls (queue based) and making outbound calls • Develop and cultivate client relationships with both new and existing customers while achieving profit and revenue objectives through consultative selling • Work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management reviews • Offering financial options and services on every interaction and promoting Lenovo Rewards • Customer satisfaction; asking and answering questions in a professional manner • Improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines • Attends mandatory training and additional education opportunities • Achieves all sales targets and KPIs based on the business needs/strategy Why Lenovo?
