#### Position Description:


Would you like to manage the relationships with our major local and
international channels?

Are you a communicative person looking for a new challenge?

In this role you will engage with partners and distributors to develop the end
to end process for our success in the market. You will also develop the
business strategy and have the end to end ownership and accountability for the
complete sales process.

What else is waiting for you once you join the team?

• Putting in place processes and procedures to ensure that major Partner
accounts are handled in the most effective way
• Archiving all sales targets including value, volume, profitability, new
partner recruitment, option sales and development of new Channels
• Leading a cultural shift from a short term ‘target driven’ culture, to one
of long-term proactive relationship building
• Define and Review Key Performance Indicators to ensure the achievement of
our Business growth targets
• Ensures that, from an operational perspective, bottom line Profit is
delivered, costs are controlled, and margins are protected and maintained in-
line with corporate objectives
• Build and deliver ‘meaningful’ business model that is both transparent and
robust
• Forecasting and pipeline-management
• Analysis of situations, anticipation in potential problems and future
trends, assessment of opportunities and risks

#### Position Requirements:


What do we expect from you?
• 2 - 3 years of relevant sales experience (ideally from technology hardware
industry), we are open to hire a more junior candidate who is motivated to
learn
• Graduate / Postgraduate
• Understanding the Distribution and Partner’s business to effectively perform
account management
• Good communication skills to build relationships with our partners
• Ability to develop and implement a retail sales strategy
• Ability to win new business, develop existing Distributor and Partner
relationship and execute effective trade marketing programs
• Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and procedures
• Be Innovative with the ability to spot, develop and implement business
opportunities
• Knowledge of the IT products and the IT industry is a big plus
• Fluency in Business English
