Position Description:
The Singapore Commercial Channel Account Manager is responsible for the
development of software & solution focus partners.
This position reports directly to the Singapore SMB Segment Lead.
Primary Responsibility Areas:
Services
• Drive partner-led services & solution sales
• Building and managing services sales efforts with focus partner
• Enablement of focus partner internal team
• Coordinate and deliver services training to business partner
• Develop, implement and manage focus partner services programs
Responsibility:
• Build professional working relationships with the client, up to the C-level.
• Research and understands the client’s industry, and develops a core
understanding of client business needs and challenges.
• Use a consultative-selling approach to identify and advance opportunities
for growth
• Demonstrate breadth and depth of knowledge in aligning capabilities to
client business and IT priorities, and positioning relative to competitors.
• Maintain high-level of customer loyalty and builds trust and integrity.
• Build and orchestrate sales pipeline activity, ensuring active nurturing of
deals and movement of opportunities to close.
• Represent entire Lenovo portfolio of products and services.
Key Competencies Required:
\- Sales or Product management experience in Distribution organization.
\- Direct Sales experience to Large Enterprises, SMEs, Private Education
Institutions, Hi-Tech Manufacturing Industries and Applications Development
Companies.
\- Strong inter-personal and communications skills, able to manage multiple
complex sales engagements.
\- Possess an entrepreneurial approach that is imaginative, smart, passionate,
and approachable.
\- Strong team player and also a self-motivator with a strong drive for
success.
\- Customer oriented
#### Position Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of experiences for Hardware/Software and Solutions selling.
• Quality years’ of experience in a similar role with a Hardware/Software
Vendors, MNC, System Integrator in commercial space
• At least a Bachelor Degree, preferably in the field of IT, Security,
Business and Marketing.
