We are looking for an extraordinary analyst to join a fast paced, growing company, with an extraordinary team, to learn what it really means to be customer obsessed. We own finance processes for Sales and Marketing Group (SMG) that impact group's spending and headcount information: budget management, management reporting, financial planning, variance analysis, and reporting for decision making of several business units. We partner with SMG business unit and infrastructure groups to drive better business decisions.

This analyst will be responsible for preparing and analyzing data for management reporting and decision making.

You will help Intel with the following, but not limited to:

• Recommending investment optimization based on sales and marketing commitments and spending analysis.

• Developing forecast processes to drive key business decisions.

• Controlling the teams executing to a Plan/Plan Of Record guidance that are pushing us towards our 100B goal.

• Analyst should deliver clear and accurate data on a timely basis, with excellent communication, partnership, business acumen, goal setting and work planning skills.

The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

• Analytical skills good to manage projects systems and processes and meet critical deadlines.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Licenciatura degree in Finance or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience or MBA degree in Finance or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience.

• Advanced written and verbal English level. .

• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel

• Intermediate-Advanced Data analytics knowledge

• Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

•  Comfortable to deal with ambiguity and thrive in fast paced environment

•  Excellent discipline, organization skills and strong action orientation.
