What are my responsibilities?

• Digital factory planning;
• Using factory simulation to simulate capacity scenarios and balance workloads;
• Simulation of working stations and process automation;
• Create models for dynamic scheduling;
• Push and support the digital feature innovation. Manage and execute roll-out of new digital feature;
• Good at taking the initiative to find and solve the problem, actively put forward optimization
• Becoming acquainted with the Production management system function
• Be familiar with the interface between the test equipment and PMS

What do I need to qualify for?

• Digital talent (basic education in computer programming (language doesn’t matter, way of thinking is important, at least 2 different languages: VB, C# )
• Experienced with database/ SQL
• Strong Excel knowledge
• Lean manufacturing
• Time study methodology
• Excellent mathematical and statistical skills
• Strong analytical mind
• Attention to detail
